Manufacturer’s Warranty

Nornda Automotive Pty Ltd ("Manufacturer") warrants that the above product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the Warranty Period, the Manufacturer will, at its option and subject to applicable law:

  • repair the product;
  • replace the product or the defective component; or
  • provide another appropriate remedy.

Any replacement product or component will be of equivalent or comparable quality, subject to availability and applicable law.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The warranty applies only to the product purchased from an authorised retailer or distributor, unless otherwise agreed by the Manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  • misuse, abuse or accidental damage;
  • failure to follow the product's instructions or operating requirements;
  • improper installation, modification or repair;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed;
  • damage caused by external events or circumstances beyond the Manufacturer's reasonable control; or
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.

These exclusions do not apply to the extent that they would exclude or limit a consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty you must contact the place of purchase and provide the following:

  2. the product part number and application;
  3. state the grounds for the claim and describe relevant circumstances;
  4. an assurance that the product has not been damaged, incorrectly assembled, installed or operated, negligently treated, or misused. Any false representations may void your claim and constitute a breach in law;

  6. supply photographs or other information to assist with the claim assessment.

The Manufacturer will assess the claim and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
